Need some inspiration for your Valentine’s Day look? Follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure a velvety finish and eyes that pop on your night out.
To get this simple Valentine’s Day look:
Start with your Smooth Affair Primer so your foundation has a good palette to sit on.
Turn your face into the perfect canvas by using the Glow Time Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream as your foundation. As for the concealer, my personal favorite is Enlighten 1 – perfect for the under eyes and touch up areas. Next, apply your favorite mineral powder with The Handi Brush or a Flocked Sponge for greater coverage. Finish with a few sprays of D2O Hydration Spray to set.
For a smoky eye, I use three eye shadow colors. Start off with the neutral tones of the Oyster/Supernova duo. The lighter goes all over the lid and the darker of the two goes in the crease. I finish off with the eyeshadow Dusk in the outer corners blending it into the crease.Use black eyeliner on the top lid. The Gel Eyeliner works great with your angle eyeliner brush. Finish your smoky eye with your favorite Jane Iredale® mascara; I recommend the Pure Lash Mascara in Black Onyx.
Apply Awake Pressed Blush along the apples of the cheek for a natural look.
Use the Play On Lip Crayon in Hot on your lips. It’s the perfect red lip to complete the “Valentine” look without taking away from your smoky eyes.
